Terms of service

Terms of Service

Welcome to The Cookie Theory. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Products

The Cookie Theory sells 3D-printed cookie cutters designed for baking and food preparation.

As our products are 3D printed, slight variations in colour, texture, layer lines, or finish may occur. These are a natural characteristic of the 3D-printing process and are not considered defects.

Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Product Use

Our cookie cutters are intended for their stated purpose as baking tools.

Please follow the care instructions provided with your order. Cookie cutters should be washed by hand and should not be placed in a dishwasher unless specifically stated otherwise.

Do not expose the cutters to high temperatures, ovens, or direct heat.

Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase, including product selection, quantity, colour, and delivery details.

The Cookie Theory reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or stock or production issues.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in AED, unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
