At The Cookie Theory, every order is made with care and packed before it makes its way to you. Because our cookie cutters are food-use products and are made to order or prepared specifically for your purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email us with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate refund.

Incorrect Address

Please check your delivery details carefully before completing your order. The Cookie Theory cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional delivery charges may apply to resend it.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
